Mohammad Nikmehr

Bio

Mohammad Nikmehr is an undergraduate Biomedical Engineering student at the University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating in 2026. Originally from Iran, he has research interests in medical device design, bioinstrumentation development, and biomechanics analysis. As a member of the Medical Device Innovations Laboratory, he contributes to projects such as the Novel Endotracheal Tube System (NETS), THERMIC, and the Soft-Robotic Laryngoscope Control System (SR-LCS). After graduation, Mohammad plans to attend dental school or join the medical device industry, where he aims to contribute to the advancement of medical robotics and surgical innovation.
